Mrs. Ressie Mae Howell

Mrs. Ressie Mae Howell age 85 of Summerville, GA passed away Thursday- November 8, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Howell was born April 8, 1933 in Trion, GA to the late Jerry Elbert Thomas and Bessie Stowe Thomas.  She was a member of Welcome Hill Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her husband, Wallace Howell; daughters, Tammie Cooper, Pam Murphy, and Angie Koonces, as well as four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services for Mrs. Howell will be at 3 PM Friday, November 9, 2018 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Lee officiating. Burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Stan Dean, Don Bethune, Dwight Brown, Wayne Pope, Micah Young, and Grayson Bentley.

Mrs. Howell will lie in state and the family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 until the service hour.
