Mrs. Patricia Ann Cook

Mrs. Patricia Ann Flanagan Cook age 75 of Summerville, GA passed away Friday- June 8, 2018 at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Cook was born May 9, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Robert and Barbara Ann Flanagan.  She was retired from Redmond Regional Medical Center and was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Bobby Lamar Cook.

Survivors include her sister; Colleen (David, Sr.) Swift, nephew; David (Mary) Swift Jr., nieces; Michelle (Jeremy) McHan, and Barbara Swift, and her great-nieces and nephews; Tyler McHan, Peyton McHan, Destinee Swift, Serenity Swift, and Autumn Woods.

A memorial service for Mrs. Cook will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday- June 12, 2018 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Johnson and Dr. David Reeves officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the service hour.
