Ms. Marilyn Geneva Bray, age  55, of Trion, GA, passed away Thursday October 19, 2017, at Lafayette, GA.  She was born February 7, 1962, in Clinton, AL, the daughter of the late Oliver Douglas Oates, and Edna Margene Smith Reynolds.  

Survivors include her children, Darrin  Hughes, Frank Hughes, Jonathan Oates, mother, Margene Reynolds, grandchildren, Timothy Hughes, Skyler Hughes, brother, Kenneth Oates, John Oates, sisters, Darlene Godfrey, Sherry Doubler, Rhonda Edwards.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday October 22, 2017, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Sumner officiating with interment in the West Hill Cemetery.  Active pallbearers, Korey Edwards, Kevin Godfrey, Danny Edwards, Chad Doubler, DeWayne Edwards, Charlie Godfrey.

Ms. Bray will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Sunday October 22, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
