Mrs. Karin M. Cordle, age 62, of Trion, GA, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Floyd Medical Center.

Mrs. Cordle was born May 30, 1955, in Jessup, MD, daughter of the late Phillip George and Helen Mae Smith Grumbine.  She was a member of the Highway 27 Church of Christ and had been employed with Best Manufacturing.  Karin loved bowling, fishing, and crocheting for her family, friends, and members of the church.  One of the poems she authored was published in a book.  She loved to help other people whenever possible, if she was able to.

Mrs. Cordle is survived by her husband, Charles Allen Cordle; sons and daughter-in-law, Charles Phillip Greer, William Clayton Greer, Brian Keith and Donna Rae Haynes; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Betty Grumbine, Loren and Karen Grumbine, Ronnie and Dorinda Grumbine; grandchildren, Michelle Haynes, Michael Haynes, Mathew Haynes, Mason Haynes, Hannah Smith, Nate Smith, C. J. Greer, Emily Cheyenne Greer, and Charles Cameron Greer.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cordle will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 13, 2017, from the Highway 27 Church of Christ with Pastor L. D. Ludy officiating.

Mrs. Cordle will be in state at the Highway 27 Church of Christ and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Highway 27 Church of Christ.
