Mrs. Cheryl Ann Butler

Mrs. Cheryl Ann Buttram Butler, age 61, of Summerville, GA, died May 24, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Butler was born September 20, 1956, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late L. B. and Lena Mae Pendergrass Buttram.  She was a member of the Sonrise Community Church, and prior to her illness, worked as a Registered Nurse with Redmond Regional Medical Center.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Buttram Woodall.

Mrs. Butler is survived by her husband, Alan Butler; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher “Shawn” White (Rose Howard); step-son and daughter-in-law, Christopher (Becky) Butler; step-daughters and son-in-law, Alison (Jason) Ross, Annette Freese; sisters, Donna Blalock, Brenda Blair; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Mrs. Butler will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, May 26, 2018, from the Sonrise Community Church with Dr. Steve Pickern officiating.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Sonrise Community Church from 2:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Saturday.
