Mrs. Brenda Sue Goddard Obituary

Mrs. Brenda Sue Goddard, age 69, of Adairsville, GA, died Monday, January 14, 2019, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Goddard was born January 20, 1949, daughter of the late Charles and Anna Cooper Clayton. She was employed with Mapco. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Goddard; a son, Toby Scoggins; brothers, Lavar Clayton, Tony Shutley; and a sister, Janice.

Mrs. Goddard is survived by her sons, Tony Scoggins, Rickey Scoggins, Michael Scoggins; daughter, Jacqueline Scoggins; brother, Lavette Clayton; sisters, Phyllis Payne, Charlotte Shope, Darlene Byrd, and Laverne; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Goddard will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
