Mr. William Jeffery Tomlin

Mr. William Jeffrey Tomlin, age 60, of Trion, GA, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Tomlin was born November 14, 1958, in Summerville, GA, son of the late Ralph Tomlin, Sr. and Hattie Ruth Tomlin Hammond.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was self-employed as a welder.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Tomlin was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Ray Tomlin.

Mr. Tomlin is survived by a daughter, Tani Tomlin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Kathy Tomlin, David and Jane Tomlin, Ralph and Mitzi Tomlin; sister and brother-in-law, Sherri and Randy Adcock; and a granddaughter, Jimma Tomlin.

Funeral services for Mr. Tomlin will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 23, 2019, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Lyerly Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Sid Witt, Michael Gann, Jeremy Mathis, Lance Canada, Chance Canada, and Johnny Tomlin.  Honorary pallbearers will be Barry Tapp and Lamar Tapp.

Mr. Tomlin will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service Tuesday.
