Mr. William “Bill” Boyce Keith, Jr., age 63, of LaFayette, GA, died Saturday, December 28, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Keith was born December 20, 1956, in Trion, GA, son of the late William Boyce, Sr. and Mary Caldonia Mann Keith. He was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church, and prior to his retirement, was employed with Shaw Industries.

Mr. Keith is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jane Mathis Keith; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Missy Mathis; daughter, Deanna Keith; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and John Lawrence, Donna and Darrell Rhudy; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Randy Colbert.
