Mr. William “Bill” Frazier Brand, age 79 of Summerville, GA passed away Thursday- December 27, 2018 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Brand was born March 25, 1939 in LaFayette, AL to the late William Jeppie and Frances Kelly Brand. He was retired from the United States Army with 20 years of service, and also from Hayes State Prison.

Along with his parents he preceded in death by his wife; Mary Blakley Brand.

Survivors include his sons; James Brand and William Joseph Brand, daughter; Katrina Harrell, brothers; David Brand and John Brand, sister; Betty Ann Burton, and 1 grandchild.

Services for Mr. Brand will be private.
