Mr. Wayne Ray Chadwick

Mr. Wayne Ray Chadwick, age 58, of Lyerly, GA, died Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Chadwick was born April 11, 1960, in Fort Payne, AL, son of Verna Janette Blake Chadwick and Winston Ray Chadwick.  He was employed with Trycon Tufters, Inc.

Mr. Chadwick is survived by his daughters, Keya Rayell Chadwick, Mikala (Paul) Bice, and Miana Chadwick; mother, Janette Chadwick; father, Winston Chadwick; sisters, Cheris Chadwick, Monique Chadwick (Joseph Crowe); grandchildren; Danika Lee, Gracie, Logan, and Alice Bice; nieces and nephews, Megan Oehlson, Bronson Champion, Sky, Cianna and Brandon Stewart.

Memorial services for Mr. Chadwick will be held at 1:00 P.M. (E.T.) Friday, December 21, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Howell officiating.  Inurnment will follow in the Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Fort Payne, AL.
