Mr. Terry Evans Obituary

Mr. Terry Lee Evans, age 59, of Summerville, GA, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Evans was born November 24, 1959, in Panama City, FL, son of the late Robert Lee “Bob” and Doris Pauline “Dot” Morrow Evans. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a self-employed welder. In addition to his parents, Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Ina Evans, and Thomas and Zula Mae Morrow.

Mr. Evans is survived by his fiancé, Marie Thurman; a daughter, Brooke Bumgarner; sons, Raymond Thurman, Jeff Thurman (Heidi Voyles), and Nick (Crystal) Thurman; brothers, Steve (Lynn) Evans, Britt (Anita) Evans; and 5 grandchildren.

A memorial gathering for Mr. Evans will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Pennville Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
