Mr. Harvey Andrew "Chipper" Brown, age 70, of Summerville, GA, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Etowah Landing in Rome, GA.
Mr. Brown was born June 13, 1947, in Detroit, MI, son of the late Andrew and Loraine Brown.
Mr. Brown is survived by his uncle, Olin S. Brown; a nephew, Steve Brown; and several cousins.
In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Brown was cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
