Mr. Earnest Samuel "Sammy" Trammell

Mr. Earnest Samuel “Sammy” Trammell, Jr., age 52, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, November 10, 2019, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Trammell was born August 15, 1967, in Rome, GA, son of Dorothy Adelle Alexander Trammell and the late Ernest Samuel Trammell, Sr.  He was of the Christian faith and was employed with Mount Vernon Mills. 

Mr. Trammell is survived by his wife, Shannon Parris Trammell; son, Ladon Trammell (Robin); daughters, Lacey Trammell (Nathan), Lynn Trammell; brother, Jimmy Watson; sister, Wanda Watson; grandchildren, Tyler Trammell, Luke Dunn, and Lilly Dunn.

Funeral services for Mr. Trammell will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 15, 2019, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin J. Norton officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Cory Watson, Brandon Watson, Greg Dover, Joe Cochran, Adam Cochran, and Terry Dover.

Mr. Trammell will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Friday.
