Miss Darryle Patricia Ann Johnson, age 61, of Trion, GA, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Kindred Hospital in Rome, GA.

Darryle was born November 11, 1956, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Johnny and Clara Johnson.  She was a member of the West Fifth Street Church of Christ, and prior to her illness, was employed at Quest Diagnostic Lab in Atlanta, GA.  She graduated from Tennessee State College where she was a member of the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.  She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Johnson, Sr., mother, Clara Johnson; and a brother, Van Dennis Johnson.

Darryle is survived by her siblings, Rose Page, Billy (Mary) Johnson, Edna Hudgins, Susie Bell Robinson, Johnny (Marva) Johnson, Jr., James (Sandra) Johnson, Loretta Franklin, Doris Price, Doretha Smith; one aunt, Katherine Adams; uncles, Buford Lester, Bobby Lester, and Lee Lester; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services for Miss Johnson will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 2, 2017, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Min. John Lewis officiating.  Interment will follow in the Allgood Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be nephews.  Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the West Fifth Street Church of Christ.

Miss Johnson will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Saturday.
