Little Miss Rebecca "Grace" Stephens

Little Miss Rebecca Grace Stephens, age 6, of Summerville, GA, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018, at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital.

Little Miss Stephens was born January 16, 2012, in Rome, GA, to Billy Joe Stephens and Bonnie Jean Farmer Stephens.  She was a Kindergartener at Leroy Massey Elementary School.  She was also a member of Subligna Baptist Church where she participated in the Children’s Ministry and the Awanas.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy and Patty Stephens and John William Farmer.

Survivors include her parents, Billy Joe and Bonnie Jean Stephens; brother, Axel Stephens; sister, Christy Stephens; and grandmother, Mary Jane Farmer.

Funeral services for Grace will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, August 11, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Bishop officiating.  Interment will follow in Subligna Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Christopher Lawson, Dakota Lee, Jeremy Eager, Shane Lee, and Stacy Gray.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mrs. Rhonda Richards, Mrs. Martha Mosqueda, Mr. Brian Beasley, her classmates at Leroy Massey Elementary School, and the members of the Awanas and Children’s Ministry at Subligna Baptist Church.

Grace will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service on Saturday.
