Ms. Sara Ruth Chambers age 84  of Summerville, GA passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at her residence.  She was born March 30, 1933, in Centre, AL, the daughter of the late Paul Little and Vera Minshew Waddell.  She was retired from a Medical Supply Company, and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters, and 2 grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter; Sandra Blandin, sons; Stephen Chambers, David Chambers, 3 brothers, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Norton officiating. Burial will be at Hebron Cemetery.  Active pallbearers, Phil Waddell, Hal Waddell, Allen Waddell, Johnny Breeden, Tim Pope, and Blake Chira.

Ms. Chambers will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12 noon Wednesday until the service hour.
