Ms. Linda Sharon Craig, age 72, of LaFayette, GA, died Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at Floyd Medical Center.

Ms. Craig was born May 4, 1945, in Menlo, GA, daughter of the late George Alvin Jackson and Janie Ruth Waltz Yarbrough.  She was Baptist by faith and volunteered as a Candy Striper with more than 200 hours of service at the Chattooga County Hospital and Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Flarity; brother, Franklin Jackson; and a sister, Alice Stallings.

Ms. Craig is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Richard Hall, Bobbie and Claude Huskey; a sister, Jeanette Pickle; and grandchildren, Clayton Hall, Shannon Hall, Emily Huskey, and Piper Huskey.

Funeral services for Ms. Craig will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 5, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Terry Frala officiating.

Ms. Craig will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 4, 2018.
