Mrs. Linda Gail Bryant Blackmon, age 64, of Lafayette, GA, passed away Wednesday August 30, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Blackmon was born January 22, 1953, in Trion, GA, the daughter of Erbie and Girties Hunter Bryant.  Mrs. Blackmon was retired from Walker C.I. and was preceded in death by brothers; Charles Junior Bryant, Billy Ray Bryant, and sisters; Parlie Hogue and Joyce Floyd.

Survivors include, children; Stacy and Krista Blackmon, and Angela and Jerry Lindsey, brother and sister-in-law; Jerry and Minnie Bryant, grandchildren; Cody Blackmon, Scott Thomas, Ashley Thomas, and Kaitlin Owens, great-grandchildren; Ryan Thomas, Kaden Thomas, Remi Mae Thomas, & Luke Edwards and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will  be held at 3:00 P.M .Monday- September 4, 2017 at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Willis officiating.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home Monday- September 4, 2017, from 2 p.m. to the hour of service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
