Mrs. Wanda Wilson Barnett, age 71, of Summerville, GA,  passed away Saturday March 21, 2015,  in Floyd Medical Center.

Mrs. Barnett was born December 28, 1943, in Summerville, GA, the daughter of the late Ernest Franklin and Jannie  Mae Scoggin Wilson.  She was retired teacher from the Mobile County Alabama School System and was a member of the Subligna Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Johnnie Shaw.

Survivors include her son, Jeffrey Barnett, grandchildren, Emma Kathrine Barnett, and Christopher David Barnett.

Memorial services for Mrs. Barnett will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday March 23, 2015, from the Subligna Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Bishop officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Subligna Baptist Church Building Fund.
