Mrs. Margaret Lelia Kinsey, age 89, of Summerville, GA, died Saturday, January 6, 2018, at her residence.

Mrs. Kinsey was born December 17, 1928, in Summerville, GA, daughter of the late Dave and Annie Tillerson Moore.  She was a member of the West Summerville Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Roper.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Kinsey; a daughter, Linda Reece; brothers, Dave Moore, James Moore, Johnnie Moore, and Virgil Moore; sisters, Helen Dooley, Christine Webb, Virginia Burke, and Ann Wilkerson.

Mrs. Kinsey is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty Sue and Bobby Hughes, Judy and Gordon Boyd; grandchildren, Lyn Woodall Maddux, Melissa Harrison, Lamar Hughes, Kym Gillespie, Connie Bullard, Carol Stevenson, Rochelle Trammell, and John Reece; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kinsey will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Micca Gillespie and Bro. Gary Wells officiating.  Interment will follow in the Greenhills Memory Gardens.  Active pallbearers will be Lamar Hughes, John Reece, Tracy Maddux, Steve Pledger, Tommy Pledger, and Mark Trammell.  Honorary pallbearers will be the members of West Summerville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Kinsey will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday, January 8, 2018.
