Mrs. Cleo Parker Brown

Mrs. Cleo Parker Brown, age 86, of Summerville, GA, passed away Friday- January 26, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Brown was born October 30, 1931, in Trion, GA to the late Cicero Pledger Parker and Carrie Lee Reynolds Parker. She was retired from Mt. Vernon Mills and was of the Baptist Faith.

Along with her parents, Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her husband; Grady Brown, daughter; Christine Smith, granddaughters; Carrie Galloway, Donna Beech, Diane Beech, and Jennifer Brown, and grandson; Johnny Brown.  

Mrs. Brown is survived by her sons; Jesse Brown, Jerry (Terri) Brown, and Johnny Mack (Rita) Brown, Daughters; Betty (Don) Hart and Doris (Johnny) Bray, sister; Mozelle Roberson, 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday- February 3, 2018 at the Chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Perennial Springs Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Austin Tiffin, Johnny Bray, Scotty Brown, Brent Campbell, Jeremy Campbell, Levi Kitchens, and Jason Ramey.

Mrs. Brown will be in state and the family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon until the service hour.
