Mrs. Carrie Lee Galloway, age 40, of Trion, GA, died Sunday, December 31, 2017, at Saint Mary’s Healthcare System in Athens, GA.

Mrs. Galloway was born September 5, 1977, in Rome, GA, daughter of the late Christina Brown Smith.  She was a homemaker and an amateur radio operator. 

Mrs. Galloway is survived by her husband, James Galloway; daughter, Amy Marie Galloway; a sister, Tracy Whited; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James H., Sr. and Nena Galloway.

Funeral services for Mrs. Galloway will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2018, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Duvall officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Galloway will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Wednesday.
