Mr. Robert “Steve” Dallas, age 67, of Summerville, GA passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Dallas was born January 12, 1950 in LaFayette, GA to the late Robert and Nannie Lee Maiden Dallas. He was a retired construction worker and had previously attended Mt. Zion Church and Prospect Baptist Church.

Along with his parents, Mr. Dallas is preceded in death by his brothers; Larry Dallas and Burk K. Dallas and sister; Barbara Ann Ware.

Mr. Dallas leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Elease Dallas, daughters; Stephanie Dallas, Charity Dallas, Tina Jett, and Tabatha Jett, brothers; Michael (Gloria) Dallas, Standley (Teresa) Dallas, Gill Dallas, Ace (Mary) Dallas, and Thomas Jackson, sister; Robyn Jackson, special aunts; Bessie Jackson and Elizebeth Cannon, special uncle; George Madden, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Dallas will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 15 at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor George Beavers officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 pm until the hour of the service.
