Mr. Jesse Thomas Howell, Jr., age 61, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, February 12, 2017, at his residence.

Mr. Howell was born March 11, 1955, in Clinton, NC, son of the late Jessie Thomas Howell, Sr. and Catherine Turner Howell.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed with the Berryton Cotton Mill.

Mr. Howell is survived by his son, Jonathan Howell; half sisters, Allison and Teresa; grandchildren, Evan Howell, Alexus Howell, and Tressi Howell; and a special friend, Phyllis Eleam.

Private entombment services for Mr. Howell will be held at a later date.
