Mr. James "Tut" Howard Wallace, age 74, of Summerville,  GA, passed away Thursday Sept. 1, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Wallace was born March 27, 1942, in Symrna, GA, the son of the late H.S. Wallace, SR, and Annie Johnson Wallace.  He was retired from Lockheed Martin and was a member of  Dry Valley Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
 
Survivors include his wife, Annette Wallace, children, Lee (Mallory) Wallace, Tammie Tucker, Sherrie (Matthew) Wilson, and Todd (Angie) Spears, Brother; Gene Wallace, 2 grandchildren, Nicki Upton, Anna Varner and 4 great-grandchildren, Colt Bailey, Landon Upton, Jayce Varner, Elise Varner.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Weaver officiating. Casual attire is requested. Burial will follow at Berryton Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be  Joe Meadows, Rick Wyatt, Greg Wyatt, Eddie Wallace, Ralph McWhorter, Jackie Parker, Sammy Tapp, and Brent Williamson. Honorary pallbearers will be James & Betty Ellenburg, Buddy & Martha Chisolm, and the New Millennium Sunday School class of Dry Valley Baptist Church.
 
Mr. Wallace will be in state , and the family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
