Mr. Edward Charles Barosay, age 82, of Trion, GA, passed away at his residence.

Mr. Barosay was born March 27, 1935, in Chicago, IL, son of the late Charles Adolf Kopakowski Barosay and Jean Morawska Barosay.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a security officer with Mount Vernon Mills.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Mel Lindblad.

Mr. Barosay is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Charlene “Tina” and Edward “Bo” Allmon; brother and sister-in-law, Mellen Aruther and Mari Barosay; grandsons, Shawn Eugene (Jessica) Allmon, Edward Lee (Angel) Allmon; great-grandchildren, Devin Allmon, Hunter Hollingworth, Kayla Hollingworth; niece, Katarina (Evan) Barosay.

In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Barosay was cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
