Mr. Carl W. Frazier, age 83, of Summerville, GA, fell asleep in death on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at his residence.
Mr. Frazier was born May 12, 1934, in Hollandale, MS, son of the late Samuel and Olsie Mae Goodman Frazier. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a self-employed auto body repairman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mattie Baker; and a brother, R. L. Frazier.
Carl was introduced to the Truth by his mother. He dedicated his life to Jehovah God and was baptized in 1968. He was exemplary in expressing his love for Jehovah and people. He supported and encouraged single parents, widows, and children in the Congregations. He was very hospitable and always opened his heart and his home to all sorts of people, including strangers.
Carl served as an Elder and a Regular Pioneer in various congregations until his death. He had the spirit of Isaiah 6:8; “Here I am, send me.” He, along with his family, moved from the Panola Congregation in Decatur, GA, to the Monticello Congregation, where there was a greater need for Kingdom Proclaimers. After 9 years, Carl and his family moved to the Summerville Congregation where there was an even greater need.
Mr. Frazier is survived by his wife, Angela Frazier, whom he truly loved; children, Charles W. Fraizer, Eugene Frazier, Gregory Frazier, Stellena Frazier, Juan A. Frazier, Johnna Frazier, Raynauld Frazier, Thomas Frazier, Jeremy Frazier, and Anjail Solomom; sister-in-law, Karen Loftley; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many spiritual brothers and sisters.
Memorial services for Mr. Frazier will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, December 16, 2017, from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Summerville. A second memorial service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, December 23, 2017, from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Decatur, located at 4126 Flakes Mill Road.
