Mr. Byron Augustus Wofford, 52, of Summerville, GA passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Floyd Medical Center.

Mr. Wofford was born April 27, 1964 in Summerville, GA to   Peggy Smith Wofford Bennett and the late Ralph Gordon Wofford, He owned and operated  The Glass and Mirror Shop.

Survivors include his wife; Rhonda Johnston Wofford, mother and step-father; Peggy (Bob) Bennett, daughter & son-in-law; Brittany Wofford Dean  & Jon Dean, brothers & sister-in-law; Phil & Becky  Wofford, Greg Wofford, Gary Bennett, and Charles Bennett, and sisters & brothers-in-law; Lynn Wofford Guyton & Frank Guyton, Sue Willingham, Betty Clark; sister-in-law, Pam Johnston, mother and father-in-law, Don and Anita Johnston.

Funeral services for Mr. Wofford will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Cox officiating. Active pallbearers will be Scott Johnston, Greg Wofford, Zac Smith, Adam Wofford, Jacob Wofford, and Marty Green.

Mr. Wofford will be in state at Mason Funeral Home, and the family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 PM.
